The villa is situated in quiet yet very authentic village. 5 minutes by car to the closest Vasiliki beach and about 20 minutes to the most beautiful Porto Katsiki. A charming house in a quiet location surrounded by countryside. But you don't feel isolated because there are neigbouring famers. Convenient because it is close to the main road but very quiet. The terrace overlooking the valley was very comfortable with a relaxing green panorama. We spent the late evenings watching shooting stars and listening to the scops owls.
The house is very practical and spacious, with a porch on the front and the terrace to the valley (We stayed on the upper floor apartment)
The sleeping material was plenty and high quality. Even though we stayed in the middle of the hot season, we did not turn on the air conditioning even one single night (I'm an oveweight hairy man, fan of air conditioning and hate to sleep in a hot room... we stayed 21 days in Greece and here were the only 5 nights without AC)
The owners couldn't be more nice and helpful. The welcome kit with fridge amenities was very good.
They have their own parking space right by the porch. There is a nice garden with a barbecue.
Vasilikí is just a stone throw away. Amoussa beach is quite close and very nice (12 minutes by car)
It was by far the most feel at home experience among the 5 accommodations we stayed this summer.

Everything! I had doubts if to book as was listed as a new property without comments but I’m so glad I did it. We enjoyed the exceptional garden and pool area. It was quite and very clean. The location was great - small village but with everything we needed (taverns, bakery, small supermarket), away fro mthe crowds and humidity of the main tourist locations.

Staff was professional, kind, with positive energy, we felt like we were at home. It is family business and they treated us as family. Breakfast was very good, room was very clean, simply there were no complaints about single thing. We highly recommend Xenia Apartments!!!
There are many nice things about the place - the staff is so kind, it was very clean and they kept it clean throughout the stay, they offer many drinks and some food and windsurfing lessons, the location is perfect near the beach, shop, tavernas, there were many plants and trees around the buildings which make the atmosphere more natural and beautiful
Excellent place to stay.. Mr Nikos and his dad were amazing hosts. Very clean and comfortable and also prettily decorated. The private pool was a big bonus. Mr Dimitris, the dad, made us a traditional appetizer from greens of their garden. When we told them we are newlyweds, we found a bottle of an excellent local wine in the apartment the next day, which we appreciated very much.
We definitely recommend the place and we are definitely coming back!

Perfect location - Situated on the beach, sun, sand, and crystal clear water. Comercial pedestrian street begins near the hotel.
Our hosts were very polite and supportive. The room has everything we needed, even the oven to bake a pizza. The bathroom was modern and very clean, like everything in this hotel. There was a little swimming pool also, but we preferred the beach and the sea. Many thanks to our host.
Extremely equipped apartment in a great location. The owner of Kristina and her mom were very kind. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the apartment is very clean. The bottle of cold water, wine and fruits were excellent welcome .

Great place, close to the "sandy" part of the beach. The apartment was just as presented in the pictures, it was everything that we expected. We liked that it was very clean and we really apreciated that after 4 days the cleaning lady came and replaced our towels and bedsheets.
