The location was perfect--outstanding view--the apartment was super clean, well laid-out, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. The bonus was the jacuzzi which we enjoyed every evening as we appreciated the view. The hosts are exceptional--helpful, friendly, kind--and went over and above to ensure we had what we needed!

Pros: AC worked well and we HAD to use it due to the loud street noise (see more under cons). Nice place but would NOT return for this reason--the noise. Washer and wif both worked well, kitchen was outfitted reasonably and had starter coffee, sugar, oil/vinegar and spices. Liked the ability to sit on the patio. Easy to walk to town, bus stop nearby and grocery store is a 3 min walk.
Great for families or large parties, vacation homes are privately owned accommodations, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities, though breakfast might be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different than apartments.
We love everything. Kostas is the best host ever. The apartment is excellent, very clean, has everything you need, beautiful view, close to the beach... We spent 12 days there and enjoyed every moment. Chilled wine and water awaited us, our host was there for our every question, the apartment had everything we needed for our stay.

Very clean and beautiful place with a great view to the sea. It is fully equipped with any utensil or appliance that you might need. The host was very helpful during the check-in and throughout our stay.
Very clean, spacious rooms, delcision breakfast. Good location next to the beach in a quiet village (but still not very far from the main city on the island - you can get there by taxi or a bus which runs every hour). And most importantly, very welcoming and nice owners! I will definitely stay in this hotel again if I come back to Syros.

The atmosphere of our room as well as of the facilities we have there makes you feel comfortable and it was very clean! The friendliness of the owner and the staff makes you feel really welcome. There are good restaurants nearby and you are only a few steps from the well organized beach of Vari. Ermoupoli is also not far away by bus or car.
This was a rally nice place. Very clean, a small kitchenett and a rather large bathroom. A small balcony was much appreciated. Frequent buss depatures to different parts of the island os five minutes walk from the accomodation.
