Amazing place! The view over the little bay is incredible and the house had all facilities needed. Also the house is near a beautiful and quiet beach and is from walking distance to a little town with tavernas and stores.
The host was very sweet, attentive and easy to contact. Would recommend!
Great for families or large parties, vacation homes are privately owned accommodations, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities, though breakfast might be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different than apartments.
This is a lovely little complex with a few self-contained apartments in a quiet private location.
Just a short walk to the little village of Stavros which has many dining options.
The room was very clean and spacious and the aircon was good.
The pool would be a nice respite from the heat of summer.
Bonus with shower etc both upstairs and downstairs.

Perfect central location for exploring the north of Ithaca and just a few minutes walk into Stavros with its restaurants, cafes and shops.
The accommodation is new, very clean, modern and has a lovely garden to relax in. The bed was very comfortable, and the shower was excellent. There was a nice welcome pack awaiting us.
Sophia and Yanis were great hosts and manager Christina was extremely helpful and knowledgeable giving us lots of information on the area.
Great location, property is great and very clean. The view is fantastic and the owner is very friendly and very helpful.
The only issue is 1. a window net because of bees
I had a great time staying there,i wish i could stay longer but i will definetely come back and i suggest you the same! The apartment was very clean,comfortable and with a very nice view! I could not forget to mention how nice and gentle the hostess was!
Well equipped kitchen and very clean with a great amount of supplies. Easy and secure parking with a lovely and well maintained garden. 10-15 minute walk to Frikes centre and a short drive to Kioni, Stavros and many beaches and restaurants. If you have a car it’s a great location for exploring all of Ithaca.
We highly recommend this hotel as we have no complaints, far from it! The maisonette was very clean, neat and with a very nice view! The hosts are very friendly and helpful!As far as the location is concerned, it was really magical, with only a few minutes from the village and the beaches! We will definitely come back soon!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Pilikas Villas and would definitely stay here again. The villas are very private in a beautiful, peaceful location and the outdoor private pool area is amazing. We didn't want to leave the pool! The host Diana is absolutely lovely and is always readily available if you need anything.
I stayed there for five days. The holiday home was very natural and cozy, equipped with everything I could ever need. In my garden was a ancient olive tree. I really enjoyed having my dinner under its branches. The hosts Sophia and Yanis were very welcoming and left me with incredible memories of Ithaca. when I checked in they brought me fresh, locally made bread, cheese and strawberries. The manager Christina was amazing and knew everything about Ithaca. She helped me a lot. Thank you guys. Can’t wait to come back again. Xin
