The Villa was located right on the beach with direct access through the gate. We had 3 tavernas within a few minutes walk and were close to the beautiful Preveza.
The apartment was beautifully designed with a spectacular terrace overlooking the sea. The inside space was modern, stylish and generous - even better than the photos!
Our hosts were so welcoming and accommodating - Athina and Billy couldn't do enough for us and gave us local recommendations and helped us make arrangements for trips etc. Thank you!

Our stay at Villa Manolia in Preveza, Greece, was absolutely fantastic, and we can't wait to come again! This villa is a dream come true for families and groups of friends.
The spacious living room and terrace were perfect for us to relax and hang out, and the barbecue area added some extra fun to our outdoor gatherings. The brand new outdoor pool was not just refreshing but also looked stunning at night when it was all lit up.
We were blown away by the huge garden, which gave us complete privacy with no neighbors in sight. This meant we had peace and quiet all the time, making it an ideal spot for remote work. We could focus without any interruptions.
Let's talk about Fotis, our host – he was amazing! Fotis gave us fantastic recommendations for local restaurants, beaches, and activities, making our trip even more special. And to top it off, he spoiled us with delicious coffee and treated us to a Greek dinner at a hidden local tavern. It was one of the highlights of our stay!
As for the location, you can't beat it. Villa Manolia is in the perfect spot, making it super easy to get to the beautiful beaches of Parga, Lefkada, and Preveza. It's a central hub for exploring the region.
Overall, our experience at Villa Manolia was absolutely outstanding. From the fantastic facilities to the incredible host Fotis and the ideal location, we highly recommend this villa for an unforgettable vacation in the heart of Greece!

Fabulous apartment, clean and meticulously maintained. Felt like home.away from home - we stayed with our dog for 4 nights and the host was so attentive to all our needs during our stay. Private, quiet and just perfect for what we needed. Highly recommend a visit.

Very big apartment, comfortable and ideal for family stay! The host was hospitable and apartment very clean. Especially enjoyed the shower! 15 minute walk from the port but lots of cafes and restaurants nearby.
This fully renovated accommodation is even better than you see on the photos. It has a fully equipped kitchen, very clean and spacious. Homemade cookies are a bonus. Fruit and veg shop is just around the corner. It's a minutes walk to the city center with charming coffee shops and restaurants. I would recommend driving to the beach unless you enjoy a 25-minute walk. All in all I would highly recommend this holiday accommodation. The host is great and very responsive.

Coming in on a very early flight the friendly owner made it possible to check in early.
Nice situated, but a little bit country side. Kitchen at the hotel, where you could order from one menu, for breakfast, lunch and dinner. No restaurant, so the food need to be delivered to the room. Very nice room, good privacy, with one small garden incl one jacuzzi and nice private pool, direct access from your own terrace. Terrace equipped with sunbeds and sitting area.
