Super clean, stylish and with high quality equipment for cooking, washing etc. There is a great balcony and small back yard for kids to play, also a playground is close by. The house is more than a house, it is a home which is glad to welcome its visitors. The rooms are very spacious and clean and the beds are very comfortable and inviting. The house has 2 terraces and a balcony, practically one for each room. In the morning you can hear roosters singing outside. The living room is very cozy. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances and the washing machine in the bathroom is a spoil. The air conditioners (each room has individual air conditioners) are more than enough, providing the perfect temperature. Regina and Kostas, the owners, are great people who make you feel part of the family. Moreover, the suggestions for the visits, the beaches and the contacts provided are so very welcomed. A gorgeous villa on the edge of the hotel complex. The villa has use of the large hotel pool but then you can retire to the peace and quiet of the large villa terrace and enjoy the uninterrupted sea view. The hotel also has a small beach/swimming platform into the sea. the villa itself is clean, spacious and well equipped. The host was really helpful and was quick to sort out any issues. The complex is approx 4km outside of Skala, when e didn't want to drive taxis were only 8 euros each way which the hotel reception were happy to call for us.

Location was amazing. Quiet and secluded away from the hustle and bustle. But only 5min drive to the nearest beach and village. Apartment was very clean. Hosts were very welcoming and friendly with plenty of knowledge about the island and suggestions of where to visit and eat.

Great for families or large parties, holiday homes are privately owned accommodation, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities for self-catering, although breakfast may be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different to apartments.
Great spacious apartment, with lovely view of the port and sea, excellent host. Very clean, with balcony for each room and interior parking spot under the trees.
Location was perfect. So close to beautiful quiet beach and good restaurants, bakery, supermarkets nearby in walking distance. Air con was very good and not noisy at all. We enjoyed the balcony, it’s large, private and has a sea view. Communication with Marinos was great, easy check in and check out. Very clean. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay again in future.

The location is amazing. Right on the beach. There are umbrellas and beach bars on the spot. The view is also fantastic. You can just sit in the room and enjoy the endless blue. If someone needs to recharge it is the perfect place. Very clean

Very nice apartment. The hosts Makis and Ellen were very kind and friendly. The whole place is very clean and comfortable. The room was cleaned regularly.
There is a small but very nice garden in front of the house.
The Poros beach is also very nice with not too much crowd. There are several beach bars, but also a lot of free space. Poros is a nice little town, perfect for a peaceful vacation. Many good restaurants along the beach.
We really enjoyed our time in Makis Studios.
Amazing views , Excellent location just 5min walk to the beach and restaurants. Owner was waiting for us at the property despite our flight was 1h delayed. He was very friendly and nothing was too much for him. We didn’t cook so for us it was perfect as kitchen was a bit small. Beds were very comfortable. Property was very clean. Every day it was checked and towels and toilet paper was added if needed. Poros is nice quiet village and good base for exploring island. We definitely will be back.
