It was really good location between port & airport and popular beaches. House have everything what you need for accomodation (for bathroom & kitchen). Ambiance is so romantic & cozy, cool. Most important thing you should have a car for reach to house. We arrived the Santorini on night but we could not found hostel easily (due to our internet problem - it's not related w/hotel). ALDA, she is host helped to us everything (she so patient, she waited to us when we arrived the hotel on the night. She share to us many thing about Santorini)

The location was good, walking distance to supermarket, restaurants and the shops at Pyrgos village. The bus stop was nearby to catch the bus to Fira or Perissa. The apartment was large and a really great size for us and our 2 young adult children. Great views from the balcony. We were in the Crete apartment which is to the back and didn’t hear any road noise when inside. The wifi, air conditioning and all appliances worked well. Our host was really friendly and helpful.

Exceeds Expectations!
It was my second time in Santorini and I wanted to avoid the noise of the mainstream choices, so I tried it as an alternative and did not regret it.
The place is recently renovated and this makes the whole experience more refreshing. As the owner told me one major addition of the renovation was the outdoor jacuzzi which my partner loved.
However, the reason why I chose it was the terrace. Enjoying late dinner or drinks in the evening was what I enjoyed most, as it offers a wonderful view with privacy and peacefulness (try watching the sunset in Oia and you will understand what I mean).
Last but not least the host, Nikos, was ideal for me. Not only had he everything organized and took us from the airport but also gave us a lot of useful ideas on how to enjoy Santorini and coordinated with us on when it was a good time to exchange sheets and replenish amenities in order not to disturb us at all.

Excellent location, it is in middle of the island, so very easy to access all the bits, even less touristy ones besides Firo and Oia.
Everything is roughly 10 to 20 min drive from the place. Though driving in Santorini is a bit challenging.
Host was excellent, she gave really good recommendations and was very accomodating on various special requests. Do take the offer of greek wedding. It was a blast.

For our first time in Santorini we were unsure of the best town to stay, after visiting the rest of the island we were extremely happy with our choice, the village was friendly with a good choice of places to eat and only a 5 minute walk from the villa, the View was spectacular with blue and white roofs dotted around in sight from our spa. The host Michael was fantastic, easy to contact, helpful and friendly.

Patina Vivera is a lovely place to stay! The place has a wonderful calm and relaxing vibe. The breakfast was delicious, the house was very clean, the staff was very kind and offered super service and it was easy to communicate with the host.
