Holiday Homes in Pikérmion

The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. The site is self contained, very clean with a nice pool and outdoor seating areas. 20 minutes from Athens Airport, it was a very convenient place to stay for a night when we arrived and also the night before leaving.

The apartment we stayed at was roomy yet very cosy, and spotlessly clean, so we felt right at home. It is furnished to comfortably accommodate families of up to six people, with plenty of beds, sofas, and two large dinner tables (one in the main room, one in the winter garden), plus a terrace area with outside seating, beach chairs, and swinging chairs. The kitchen is well-equipped (stove, oven, microwave, large fridge, kettle), providing enough plates, cutlery, and utensils to allow cooking your own meals (or ordering in without having to eat straight out of the containers). Clotheslines on the porch make it easy to dry beach towels and bathing suits over night. Wi-Fi and air conditioning worked flawlessly. Soap, shampoo, towels, and extra blankets are provided. For guests travelling with children, there are ample toys available for all ages, including board games. There are several apartments on the property, but they are generously spaced, so each of them is nicely secluded. Parking is right outside. The surrounding area is quiet, peaceful, and—according to the host—absolutely safe (which matches our experience). A 5-minute drive gets you to the beach. Communication with the host, George, was swift and easy. Ahead of our stay, he made sure we would have no trouble finding the place, and was very accommodating regarding the check-in time. When we arrived, he welcomed us with open arms and fresh fruit (of which he provided more the next day!), showed us around the apartment and property, and helped us settle in. George is one of the warmest, most hospitable people we have had the pleasure of encountering during our journeys. Friendly, kind, knowledgeable about the area (his beach recommendation was spot-on), and happy to make his guests’ stay as pleasant and special as possible, always with a smile. Very nice host. We arrived after midnight and she was so Kind and welcoming. Everything was prepared for breakfast already. Can definitely recommend.

Nice attentive host and lovely house.

Location is amazing, overlooking the Petaloi Gulf, hearing the waves and feeling the wind. Quiet location, no cars passing. Restaurants at the beaches 300 meter walking. Best spot in Athens area for Windsurfing, kitesurfing, wing foiling etc

The size was perfect for our family of 10

Mrs. Isidora's house is wonderful, absolutely nothing to complain about. The view from the terrace is gorgeous. The big boy was delighted to see the windsurfers while having breakfast on the terrace and the little boy enjoyed the playpen for babies. The beach is a stone's throw away. For finer sand and cleaner water, we walked along the beach for about 5 minutes. The rooms are spacious, the mattress in the matrimonial bed is very comfortable. The extraordinary sofa in the living room, you can rest there while looking at the sea. The kitchen is equipped with everything, maybe too much for vacation. I really liked the glass door from the living room that opens wide, so you have the big one close. Also, the window-shutters in the master bedroom give the impression of a story. The food in the area is ok. You can find several varieties. The prices are ok. Even though we was at the beginning of June, the weather was very suitable for families with children. Warm, but not too warm. The water was also good, to go in for a few minutes.

The location, garden and the tranquility are 10/10. The owner is the kindest person and the communication was perfect. We really regretted having to leave. Definitely coming back!

This is a really spacious beautifully decorated and equipped. It's a good distance to overnight between flights, with good local amenities and even access within a reasonable drive with the coast and beaches. Our hosts were fabulous and we would definitely use Dinas house again when staying over in Athens.

We were there for work and the house was very comfortable, lots of space and rooms and close to the beach for a quick swim in the evening.
