A very warm welcome by staff, Filoxenia arranged a transfer from the airport the driver was there waiting.
The location could not be better it is so quiet and peaceful, yet only a few minutes walk to the beach.
The property is stunning and spotless clean with all mod cons and excellent air conditioning.

Location and view was amazing! Perfect sunset view. Great to have our own space and a pool. Breakfast was delivered every morning allowing us a leisurely breakfast on the balcony with our friends. Loads of space for 2 couples plus a 4 year old. Everything was cleaned every day.

This place is incredible. We stayed in Santorini for 24 hours and almost didn't leave the hotel, it was so nice. The views are wonderful, the staff are lovely, the breakfast is delicious and the jacuzzi is the icing on the cake. We'd love to stay there for longer.

Exceptional manners, by the staff, will to help & friendly environment. The owner even made us a small present to remember Santorini. Very clean, with new blankets and towels every day. A supermarket is located 2 minutes away, as well as a bus station. The room is very bright and equipped with everything that's necessary, including a extra pillows and a piece of cake to eat once you arrive. 10 - 15 minute walk from Perissa beach.
Very clean and modern with a traditional Greek twist. Perfect size for us as we were family of 4 . Pool and villa cleaned daily which was a very nice surprise. Host was fantastic and always available if any questions.
