Villas are very nice. Looks as on the images posted here. They are spacious, well decorated, and equipped with anything you need. Pool and the villa itself get cleaned every day. There is a big and spacious parking at the back. Also being located into the forest, outside of the village, villas are very quiet and relaxefull. The host is a very nice and friendly lady. We had some wine and bevarages left in the fridge, as well as some food for our first breakfast. We got coffee capsulse every morning. There was also a very delicious lemon jam left for us. It was one of the tastiest things we have ever tried. We were 4 people and all of us loved it! We got 2 extra jars of it on our departure, which was such a lovely gester from our host. THANK YOU SO MUCH, Danae! :)

Amazing location set in a classic mountain town very close to Parga, around 6km drive. Stefanos son Vasilis, who was present on arrival was an amazing little translator to English (As we do not speak Greek) that made the communication a breeze. The location of the place is as authentic as you can get, basically on a cliff / mountain top, getting there through the tightest of small streets where Stefanos provides a pick up service and takes all luggage to the location, and then back to your car when leaving, as its will literally be impossible to drive your car to the house. It's a very short walk for the rest of your party to the house which only provides memories that will last forever.

Everything was perfect. Clean and wide rooms. Perfect kitchen space with everything that you could need. The staff was super friendly. The location is more than ideal - 50meters and you have a supermarket, vegetable and fruit market, restaurants, and coffeeshops.

Everything is absolutely great. The owner is helpful, The house that I have booked looks excellent. Nearby there are a lot of beaches and, overall, the whole area is stunning.
Great for families or large parties, holiday homes are privately owned accommodation, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities for self-catering, although breakfast may be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different to apartments.
Highly recommend!! Absolutely beautiful views of the Ionian Sea, very clean room and bathroom, also there was a wide variety of breakfast options.
As for the staff, all of them friendly and eager to help!
Location was also very convenient for both Syvota and Parga and all the beaches of interest

If you get an apartment the view is great and you basically have a private pool for yourself! The bar is also very nice. You have AC in the room which for very hot days is a perfect addition. The staff was very kind and smiley.
Nicely decorated and very clean apartment, close to Karavostasi beach. Ideal for families. Marina was a great host. I recommend it for those who want quiet vacation. You can even take a small hike on a very beautiful path to Dymokastro citadel right above the apartment what I also recommend
The view is very nice, close to Arillas beach which is one of the few with sand on the coast, so the kids enjoyed it specially. Very clean and nice garden, parking place in front of the house. Not far from Parga and Sivota and their beaches, too bad the water was really cold for the beginning of July..but this part cannot be controlled ☺️. Thanks Riki for the nice stay and for being there when needed. Wouldl choose again if passing by.
Elix and especially the private pool suite is unique in it’s comfort and view. Watching the sunset from there is astonishing. As a guest with autism this suite provided me a way to relax at my own pool without any external stimuli. The staff is working tremendously hard, is very professional and really kind.
