Aegean Sea Villas is an exceptional place to stay. The owners are very nice, kind, friendly and helpful people, they care about all the details, it was really a pleasure for us to meet with all. Great hospitality. Very well equipped kitchen and bathrooms, extremely clean house, breathtaking view of the sea and Chora from our terrace. Only a few mintes walk from Livadi beach, restaurants, supermarkets. We also rent a car from our owner, it was so easy, he takes care of everything about the car. I believe they deserve more than "10" on booking :) We will definitely come back :)

Exceptional view to Chora. The home was super comfortable with all amenities including washing machine. The homemade cakes delivered to us were such a lovely, personal touch. The host of the flat was amazing. Firstly, the flat was super nice, spacious and very clean. She thought of every detail and left us toothbrushes, make up remover, pads, two towels per host.
Secondly, she was super responsive and always gave us great recommendations.

Great location in walking distance from the port and Chora. We enjoyed the amazing view to the castle from the veranda-it is exactly as shown in the photos. Brand new, clean and spacious. Also the parking space was very convenient. The host was very polite and the overall service very professional. We will definitely stay in Ydria if we visit Astypalaia again.

Very generous owners, best decorated apartment ever, great view with a great garden, very clean room, there was everything you need for daily home life, e.g washing machine, coffee machine, kettle. There were more than enough towels, shampoos and shower gels. Small food gifts were very nice

Beautiful location, probably the best view of Chora and the castle. The room is very clean and equipped with all the amenities that you might need like hair dryer and iron. There is everyday cleaning service. They also provided some bread toast, butter and local honey for breakfast which is a really kind gesture. The host is lovely and very helpful!
