The property is located close to the main beaches and restaurants. Pretty close to a supermarket. It has enough space for a family with 1 child. The AC works fine, you can also use it during the night. The courtyard was quite big, you can rest if you have a hammock.

Wonderful holiday! Our host Cerrie met us at the port and drove us up to the villa which is stunning. Its clean and plenty of space for 4 of us (My wife and I and our 16 year old girls). The pool is lovely and the views are amazing by day and night. We hired a car to travel around the island but be aware the lane up to the property is very narrow. We hired an Opel Corsa and I wouldnt have wanted anything bigger! There is everything you would ever need in the property and the air conditioning was very welcome at night. Cerrie is amazing and friendly and nothing is too much trouble even collecting us on our last day and taking us back down to the port to catch our ferry. I stay in a lot of these places for work and I can honestly say this is up there with the best! Thank you Cerrie!

An excellent accommodation. We liked Villa Aelia very much, it is very well equipped and especially the pool area, which is very nice and well maintained. The villa is located in an olive grove and was a very good choice compared to the accommodations in the city, which are much more crowded. We love everything regarding Villa Pine Trees by Kardous - the location close to the best beaches on Skopelos, incredible surrounding nature with huge pine trees on one side and olive trees on the other side, large pool, huge patio with shadow, comfortable beds, all amenities that we needed and extreme cleanines of all facilities. Of course it is necessary to emphasize the kindness and profesionalism of hosts Natassa and Alexandra. Everything was perfect 10!!!
Great for families or large parties, holiday homes are privately owned accommodation, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities for self-catering, although breakfast may be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different to apartments.
The studio was on the ground floor and we had our own court yard with tables and chairs where we could relax and eat breakfast and enjoy drinks in the evenings. It was perfect in every way, fantastic location and very clean and comfortable.
The property is located about 200m from the beach. Our host was very friendly and promptly satisfied a couple of minor requests. The bed linen and towels were very clean and the flat t was cleaned regularly. There was a safe in the flat, which is uncommon in such properties Greece.
Really kind hosts made us feel very welcome - but also leave you in perfect peace.

Wonderful small villa with great sea view and private pool. The house is quite new, very clean and nicely decorated. By car it was easy to access main attractions, beaches and restaurants on the island. The local village was quiet, but it has some good and inexpensive tavernas. The host Vicky was very helpful and always available.
