The apartment is very nice, newly decorated and bright. It has a lovely little garden in front of the terrace. The owner Maria is really kind and helpful with everything you need.
Parking in front of the house is possible, and there was always space available.
The beach is close and nice to swim too.

Our stay at Villa Manolia in Preveza, Greece, was absolutely fantastic, and we can't wait to come again! This villa is a dream come true for families and groups of friends.
The spacious living room and terrace were perfect for us to relax and hang out, and the barbecue area added some extra fun to our outdoor gatherings. The brand new outdoor pool was not just refreshing but also looked stunning at night when it was all lit up.
We were blown away by the huge garden, which gave us complete privacy with no neighbors in sight. This meant we had peace and quiet all the time, making it an ideal spot for remote work. We could focus without any interruptions.
Let's talk about Fotis, our host – he was amazing! Fotis gave us fantastic recommendations for local restaurants, beaches, and activities, making our trip even more special. And to top it off, he spoiled us with delicious coffee and treated us to a Greek dinner at a hidden local tavern. It was one of the highlights of our stay!
As for the location, you can't beat it. Villa Manolia is in the perfect spot, making it super easy to get to the beautiful beaches of Parga, Lefkada, and Preveza. It's a central hub for exploring the region.

We had a wonderful time in the apartments. The apartments are beautiful, spacious, modern and very clean, equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The hosts were friendly and provided us with fruits, drinks, and sweets upon check-in. The apartments are located in a holiday village with beautiful villas. Beaches for every taste are within walking distance. We will definitely return to these apartments in the future.
Very informative host with a good grasp of English. We were upgraded to a larger apartment. The apartment was spacious, very clean and well furnished. I enjoyed the proximity to the beach. Seems like a good stay for families with children.

We went to Iraklis Hotel for a weekend. This is another example that the critics (reviews) reflect the real situation. With reviews over 9, this hotel offers more than you expect. Don't get confused with the 2 stars. It very clean, the people are friendly, the rooms are great. It is quite and you can visit big cities (like Preveza and Parga) very quickly. You can choose to swim in the beach right in front of the hotel or you can visit the very large beach which is 5 minutes away.
