Beautiful property in the heart of Masouri close to restaurants and beaches. House was brand new and well equipped. Definitely a 5 star stay. Hosts were easy to communicate with and accommodating. View from house is amazing as per pictures.

Everything was fantastic . Basically the ground floor with basement below . Owner lives in basement . The villa is traditional Greek property but has been wonderfully refurbished . 2 beds, large living room and kitchen with vaulted ceiling . Modern bathroom . Good shower . Wifi good . Balcony facing sea and mountains . 5-7 min walk to beach which has a number of very good tavernas. I would say that to get to the villa you would need a taxi or hire car as it’s at least 30 mins drive . Friendly owner . There are chickens and a vocal rooster whom competes vocally with other roosters in the area. But we liked that type of thing . Loved the villa and would highly recommend for a peaceful break.

Every detail in the villa was very good, the view, the attention of the host, the cleanliness of the rooms, everything was very good. I felt like I came to my grandfather's summer house. It was great to swim in the perfect sea right in front of the villa, take a shower in the garden, and chill on the terrace. Best restaurants, supermarket are walking distance.

We were so happy with Private House Niki Kalymnos. On arrival, the fridge was lightly stocked with essentials. Our host delivered freshly baked pastries. The house is immaculate with a fine kitchen, barbecue and a full flow of hot water in the shower.
The views are amazing.
It takes 10 minutes to drive to Masouri and two minutes to the best Supermarket on the island.
Niki house made our climbing trip perfect!

This is a beautiful property not to be missed. We stayed in 4 different houses during our stay in kalymnos and this was by far the best. George, the host is an aweome guy, very friendly and extremely helpful and always availaible to assist when we needed. The view from the house is to die for and the rear garden with its loungers is a great spot for sun bathing with privacy and also spectacular for star gazing at night. We will definately we visiting this place on out next visit. Thanks again for everything George!

The house is very well built. It stays cool on hot days and warm at night.
The view is one of the best we saw the whole month we were there. Incredible at any time of day or night it's beautiful.
The location is especially good for climbers. It's very close to an exceptional crag with routes for all skill levels (grades 4+ to 8+ in the cave) even for kids.
The WiFi was good but we recommend mobile phone internet for working remotely.

We had a fantastic stay at this property! The sea view from the house is absolutely stunning, and every room is equipped with air-conditioning, which made our stay very comfortable. We were a group of six, and the space was perfect for us. The homeowner was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed. The location is great, with the beach just a short walk down the hillside. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Very communicative and welcoming host. The apartment was very clean and in an excellent location. Restaurants, scooter hire, shops and beach were all very nearby, and had a fantastic view. No issues checking in very late when our ferry was delayed.
I stayed in one of the rooms on the top floor, and the view was exceptional! Everything was very clean when I arrived, and cleaned again everyday. Kitchen appliances were adequate. There was even a lifesaver mosquito repellent device. WiFi worked good for me. They were very kind and helpful before/during the stay and checkout. I arrived after midnight, so they arranged a taksi for me from the harbour - and the taksi driver walked me until my room :)

Fantastic location - close to the bars, restaurants and shops but remaining quiet. The room was very clean and tidy on arrival and was serviced every day. There was a great view from the balcony towards Telendos. Very helpful owner who responded very quickly to any questions.
Lovely hotel, very clean and bright. Good sized bedroom that was cleaned daily. Located in the centre of the town with a short steepish walk down to the beach. Very friendly staff.
