The convenient, quiet and pretty location just above Parga meant we could benefit from views and a breeze and feel immersed in nature whilst being able to quickly get into town. The villa itself was very clean and well appointed with a lovely and very generous outdoor space and a private pool that was bigger than we expected and the rooms were comfortable and A/C very good.
Nancy and Stefanos were very helpful and responsive, particularly when we had an emergency medical request and the cleaner was also very sweet and helpful and kept the villa spotless. Lastly, the gardens and surrounding olive groves are stunning, we could not stop taking pictures. We would love to come back and see how Asaya Hills Villas develops in the coming years and wish Nancy and Stefanos the best of luck!
Additionally, Parga is a great location, it's a stunning town, you can access Islands on boat trips and beaches by car or boat, take in local ruins and explore villages, get up to Syvota for further Island trips, drive inland to see the Acheron Gorge and River and if coming into Preveza also get down to Lefkada.

The house resembles a fairytale. Is big, very clean with a unique decoration. You can't get enough of it! Antigoni is a great hostess and along with Magda will make sure your stay there is smooth and will make you feel comfortable immediately. The house is located in a central place close to many amenities and beaches but the neighbourhood is quiet. We are so happy we found this gem for our holidays in Parga! Thank you for having us!

Amazing location set in a classic mountain town very close to Parga, around 6km drive. Stefanos son Vasilis, who was present on arrival was an amazing little translator to English (As we do not speak Greek) that made the communication a breeze. The location of the place is as authentic as you can get, basically on a cliff / mountain top, getting there through the tightest of small streets where Stefanos provides a pick up service and takes all luggage to the location, and then back to your car when leaving, as its will literally be impossible to drive your car to the house. It's a very short walk for the rest of your party to the house which only provides memories that will last forever.
Great for families or large parties, holiday homes are privately owned accommodation, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities for self-catering, although breakfast may be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different to apartments.
Very nice location, next to the sea. Very clean and comfortable. The host was very nice and we had a great communication. The view and sunsets were spectacular.

I stayed with my wife and my 2 year old kid in front,the view from the apartment was awesome.
It was very clean and in 8 nights we got 3 times new bedspreads and cleaning all apartment.
TV is working perfectly.
We ate in "O gyros" where the owners from Villa Loukas work and they were too kind with us, the baby was so happy with them and every day they gave us either drink for free or ice cream.

Nice and cozy apartment near the sea. Very clean and thoughtfully equipped with attention to detail and care about the guests. I really appreciated small bits that made big difference, e.g. frying pans without scratches (almost never seen in that type of accomodation), high-quality bed linen (also an unfrequent phenomenon), sharp knifes and fancy kitchenware. Great place to stay.
Great hospitality and excellent view of the sea..The rooms are very clean and spacious..There is a bakery nearby which is very convenient and also nice tavernas.. The owner is very polite and helpful..
