Aegean Sea Villas is an exceptional place to stay. The owners are very nice, kind, friendly and helpful people, they care about all the details, it was really a pleasure for us to meet with all. Great hospitality. Very well equipped kitchen and bathrooms, extremely clean house, breathtaking view of the sea and Chora from our terrace. Only a few mintes walk from Livadi beach, restaurants, supermarkets. We also rent a car from our owner, it was so easy, he takes care of everything about the car. I believe they deserve more than "10" on booking :) We will definitely come back :)

Exceptional view to Chora. The home was super comfortable with all amenities including washing machine. The homemade cakes delivered to us were such a lovely, personal touch. The view is stunning, the furniture and decoration of the room is very comfy and relaxing, the private pool was cleaned twice per day and the suite and whole establishment was spotless. Nisides is the perfect place for relaxing vacation. It is very close to a beautiful beach, Tzanakia. The breakfast was homemade and delicious. The hosts are adorable and discreet. Even though vehicle is highly recommended, AstyBus station is right at the front. Its even better than the photos.

Outstanding. Very clean and spacious room. Location is an easy stroll to the supermarket / beach etc, as well as an easy walk to the mills in the old town.
The owner of the place was very kind (Poppy). She was always present and very considered. The first day we found the coffee and milk and sweets for the next morning, it was very thoughtful and kind. For any questions that we might have, she was there to help us.
The room was very clean and well furnished.

The quiet location with stunning views of the sea and the chora. Elegant island style villas with private pools offering all possible amenities. Homemade breakfast served on a terrace overlooking the sea. Friendly hosts who go out of their way to make your stay seamlessly perfect.
We were greeted by the owners with a smile and genuine love and kindness. They made the stay so much more enjoyable. It had a homely feel, away from home.
The rooms were walking distance waterfront. The room/apartment was very clean.
Everything essential was within walking distance and if it wasn’t, the shops and staff had it delivered to your doorstep. The apartments /rooms are carefully and tastefully designed with attention to detail.
