The house has excellent location - beach only 1-2 minutes walking distance, shops nearby, and restaurants also easily reachable.
It has a very nice garden - an ideal place to chat and chill. Very well equipped; a grill place is also available.
The house is very well equipped - basically all you need for a convenient stay.
Although is very close to the main road of Laganas, it is very quiet - in my opinion much better choice for families than hotels full with partying young people :)

We couldn’t have asked for a better villa experience! This place is simply stunning, with every detail thoughtfully set up. Each bedroom has its own ensuite, offering complete privacy, and the kitchen is fully equipped for all our cooking needs. The bedding is wonderfully comfortable, with fresh towels, plush pillows, and crisp linens provided.
The design is truly remarkable, allowing you to wake up to the gentle sound of the ocean. The oversized floor-to-ceiling sliding windows flood the living area with morning sunlight, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Even in October, the pool was a perfect spot for cooling off on warm days.
The barbeque was an added bonus – we enjoyed delightful dinners on the terrace, which is perfectly sheltered yet open to a refreshing sea breeze, making it an ideal spot for breakfasts as well. And to top it all off, the villa is right on the beach! Just step outside, and you’re at the sea, ready for a swim or a dip.
A huge thank you to Alex for being an amazing host and accommodating whatever we needed. We can’t recommend this beautiful villa enough for anyone looking for a perfect beachside retreat!

The property is beautiful and finished to a very high standard. All facilities were perfect and had plenty of space with everything we needed and more. The owner and property manager were both amazing and on hand for any questions we had. We had fresh fruit, water and a bottle of wine on arrival and on the second day the owner bought us a bottle of Prosecco to help us celebrate while we got ready for my wedding day. There were no complaints and we will definitely be recommending to all our friends and family. We will definitely be staying again when we return.

My friends and I stayed from 10 till 17 July at villa Johnny. The house is well maintained, a cleaning lady stopped by during our stay for fresh sheets and towels and the location was good. The house has very good ac, but during our stay one of the ac’s was leaking. The house owner took well care of it by: making sure a handyman would stop by, mopping the floor where the water was leaking and even giving us free food for the inconvenience. The placing of the villa was good for our stay. The house is a 30 minute walk away from the strip, but with a taxi only 10 minutes ( 30 euros for 7 people). The house is in a good, but quiet neighbourhood. Because of that you can absolutely enjoy your music on a box outside without troubling anyone. In short very nice owner, handled the very few problems we had with the house very well! (Even came by when we had trouble with the cooking plate:))

Host was great - super easy going and always came within 15 minutes of contacting him if we had any problems (luckily only had to contact him twice) which was really useful.

The property is located near the beach, the supermarket and also it’s peaceful. It was a very clean room, with terrace, with see view. Katia was very nice person and helpful.
The towels were changed after two days and cleaned.

Hotel was amazing very clean, great pool, no rush to get sun loungers. Staff are lovely and it’s a great location right on the strip and 2 min walk from the beach. Breakfast was basic but fine although we only managed to wake up for it one of the days.

Our stay at the Melior Holiday Houses was fantastic. The property was gorgeous and well-maintained, offering a true home away from home. The private pool and outdoor area were a highlight, perfect for relaxation. The villa itself was modern and comfortable, and the hosts were incredibly hospitable, providing helpful local tips. Its peaceful location allowed for easy exploration of the island. I highly recommend this place for a memorable Zakynthos getaway. I'll be returning for sure!
