Exceptional place! Wounderfull apartment in the lovely village Koskinou. The room is new and decorated inside in greek traditional furniture's. The kitchen is full in all the things that you think or didn't expect to. The mattress and pillows are very comfortable. The bathroom and toilets are modern and decorated.
Outside the room, there is tabel outside with two chairs. There is also a new "Bosch" laundry machine in the hall and pack of laundry wash gel units. There is also an iron machine and mini iron plate for ironing.
Above all, it is the great service of Andriana, the manager of the apartments. She explained, helped, and advised us in everything! On our last day, she also gave us touring around the hidden jems place's in the lovely village of "Koskinou." She defently made our vacation exptional and exciting!

The most important, perfectly working air conditioning in a crazy hot weather. The hospitality of a host with welcoming Rosé and availability of all possible amenities one can think of in a household.

We had the top apartment with our own balcony, really good for sun baths, lots of privacy as well. Room very clean with all appliances we needed. Staff more then friendly.
This is a lovely studio. It is very clean, safe, quiet and next to the airport. It has a wonderful view. The studio has all the appliances, even a washing machine. The owners are fantastic, very hospitable. The communication with them is super efficient. They are always available to help and quickly respond to messages. They attend to the smallest detail, even croissants for breakfast, plenty of coffee and tea, and a bottle of cold water, which is much appreciated after a late night flight.
We booked this last minute as our flight was delayed and our car rental place closed to collect our hire car, our hotel was an hour away and it was 1am. The apartment was very clean and modern and was perfect for one night. The lady who helped us at 1am was very kind and welcoming. We would recommend this place if you need somewhere near the airport. Lots of facilities and space, especially if you’re staying for a few days.
The location was perfect, 150 meters to the beach, 300 meters to the restaurants, shops and a little further to the supermarket.
The owner Christos and his agent Pantelis were both very friendly and very helpful.
And the private pool, which seems a rarity in Kremasti was a real bonus.
If you are after a chilled, relaxed holiday with easy access to a quite beach and restaurants this is the place for you.

Very kind and caring owners. Each of the four apartments has its own private pool area. The whole pool area is cleaned daily. The apartment is furnished modernly and is very clean.
The WiFi was great at all spots, even in the pool area. Internet speed was fast enough for remote working.
