The house has excellent location - beach only 1-2 minutes walking distance, shops nearby, and restaurants also easily reachable.
It has a very nice garden - an ideal place to chat and chill. Very well equipped; a grill place is also available.
The house is very well equipped - basically all you need for a convenient stay.
Although is very close to the main road of Laganas, it is very quiet - in my opinion much better choice for families than hotels full with partying young people :)

Mr Stratos meet us at the property to provide us with a detailed tour and left us the keys. The property was very comfort, exceptionally clean and Mr Stratos was very welcoming/friendly and very much available to us should we have any questions and or queries. He kindly gave my grandson a soft turtle and myself a beautiful birthday cake towards the end of our stay. The property was cleaned every 3 days to an exceptional standard. The pool area was very well catered for and our holiday stay manager Maria was brilliant enabling us to keep in touch about anything that came up - resolving questions/queries within minutes. A huge thank you to all the team for helping to make our holiday so memorable.

The view is stunning, arguably the best place to enjoy a sunrise. Spacious garden, large pool and a nice BBQ space. You definitely need a car to get there, but there is a small beach at 10 minutes walk down hill (with some local restaurants and a rent-a-boat). The hosts are very friendy and accomodating. The price is at the top of the island, but the views of this house are worth it.

We couldn’t be more happy with our stay at Dennis and Tanya Villas in Laganas. The villa was in a perfect location – just a 5-minute walk from the strip, shops, and restaurants, and only a 20-minute walk to the nearest beach. It gave us the best of both worlds – peaceful and quiet at the villa, yet close enough to enjoy everything Laganas has to offer.
Dennis was incredibly helpful and always there for anything we needed. The villa itself was spacious, clean, and had everything we could ask for – a private swimming pool, BBQ area, and we were always provided with fresh, clean towels. It truly made our holiday perfect.

Great for families or large parties, holiday homes are privately owned accommodation, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities for self-catering, although breakfast may be offered as an add-on. What a wonderful time we had at this property!
My son loved the animals (the owner was kind enough to introduce us to all the animals he takes care of, and he let us feed some of them). Everything was spotless, the property is perfect in every little detail. The view from the hill is so peaceful.

Everything was so good, the owner was very friendly, the house was very clean, everything is new, the villa has all we need and more than that, location is very quiet ,green and peacefull, we lived it, next time we’ll come for longer time for sure!
