The house was perfect, you have everything you might need there, and the grocery store is very close -1min walk. There is a nice small yard which our dog loved. The hosts were very kind. The WiFi is good, I was working every day without any issues.

The apartment has a great location, very close to the beach and also walking distance to the city center and ferry dock, we had such a beautiful holiday here! THE BEST HOST YOU COULD EVER GET. I have travelled enough but this experience was amazing the house is lovely it has everything you need, the location is perfect ( 2 minutes from the beach) it has many local places to eat and have fun. There's a small playground 30 seconds down the road for kids too. The place was cozy and perfect for a family. It has a front porch and a back balcony. The host and his family were the most loving and caring people possible. I couldn't recommend them enough. Everyone has different views but personally I loved it If you are looking for a cozy, homey place this is your place. Some people expect to pay pennnies and receive top notch luxury place. For the price you pay this is just amazing. Would definitely go back there again

Pwlina is a wonderful host and she met us personally to hand over keys and show us around. The house is beautiful and the garden is wonderful for children. Our kids said that this was their favourite place to stay so far! The beach is about 50 metres away and it's just half an hour's drive to the archaeological sites of Philippi. This is a great place to stay. 2 minutes from ferry port and a shop if needed. Super comfortable beds, kitchen, fridge, cooking facilities, air-con & private balcony. We had a ground floor appartment which was just fantastic. NO.1. Balcony at the front and a most beautiful garden at the back with fruit trees and flowers.Everybody we met were super friendly and helpful. Very clean and tidy with everything you need. Excellent!
The first thing that greets you when you enter the premises is the smile of the hosts. Very friendly people which are always ready to help out and lend a hand. The hotel is situated in an area containing stores and lots of taverns/restaurants. The room was cozy and very clean and was able to house 3 people comfortably (with a possibility for a 4th person)
We enjoyed our stay, we were given a big apartment with two separate bedrooms and a big living room. The place was very clean and had many amenities, I think it would be great for a long stay as well. Good location next to the beach and very easy to park your car. Overall it was a very good value for money and we would visit again in future.

The location is at the edge of Keramoti, however the beach was at 10 mins walk and all the restaurants and shops at around 15 mins. It was very calm and quiet, in the morning the only noise we had were the birds singing. The host was welcoming and helpful. The room was very clean and had everything needed for a comfortable stay.
