Excellent stay in Vlatos; lovely villa with very large outdoor area. The villa was very well equipped/stocked (better than what we have experienced in other villa's). Plenty of sunbeds around the pool. Quiet surroundings. Very friendly owner/agent/cleaning lady. The villa is located right in the middle between the beaches of South West Crete & North West Crete + close to Topolia Gorge (where we did a hike)

Perfect gateway in the middle of olive trees with an amazing view and amazing sunsets. It is quite remote and you need to bring water and food but if you are looking for a parenthesis in your hectic life this is the place.

Really nice, remote place. The owner is really nice and the hospitality is great. The road to the place is a gravel road of ca 1.5 km. Was doable with our small car.

What a gem! This place was so special for us both. Surrounded by olive trees, aloe plants, mountains and with a view of the sea, it was so peaceful. Maria and Michalis were great hosts, messaging regularly to make sure we didn't need anything. We stayed for 9 days and wished we'd have stayed a full month. The dogs and cat on the property greeting us on the balcony every morning were a bonus! There was a clean and functional kitchenette that made it easy for us to cook every day. The shower was exceptional - with 3 jet options to choose from! Short distance walk from the beach - and about an hour walk to Elafonisi beach (we love to walk), and very close to a lovely monastery. The road to get to this area of Crete is a bit scary but oh so beautiful! Local restaurants were great too! Extra bed was great, this little cottage would be perfect for families.

Really friendly host in a hurry but still super effective. Overall a really pleasant relaxed stay in an enormous villa. Easy going place with a great view and pleasant perfumes all around. Price/quality AMAZING, out of this world.

What can one say when everything is so perfect ? Thodoris and Electra are such lovely hosts of this authentic small Cretan stone house… they made sure we had the perfect experience. The house is amazing, old small village house that has been rebuilt. All the équipement you need are inside with a very great attention to details… and small attentions, wine, coffee etc.. The most important points I noted : - the bed is super comfortable, all the linen and towels too which is pretty rare / the room upstairs is big and super confortable - kitchen is good with almost all the tools and ustensiles you need - dining terrace downstairs in a small garden - small terrace upstairs so beautiful for having breakfast or diner - perfect for the hot summer since the stone house keep the fresh and AC upstairs - homemade wine in the barrel downstairs (it’s strong be careful :) ) We loved our stay at Spitaki and the hospitality of the hosts is just from another world, it’s legendary. These people are so kind they shared their very soul with this place and you, they are so generous it is heartwarming and it makes magic. Thank you Thodoris, Electra !
