The house is more than a house, it is a home which is glad to welcome its visitors. The rooms are very spacious and clean and the beds are very comfortable and inviting. The house has 2 terraces and a balcony, practically one for each room. In the morning you can hear roosters singing outside. The living room is very cozy. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances and the washing machine in the bathroom is a spoil. The air conditioners (each room has individual air conditioners) are more than enough, providing the perfect temperature. Regina and Kostas, the owners, are great people who make you feel part of the family. Moreover, the suggestions for the visits, the beaches and the contacts provided are so very welcomed. We've been to many places in Greece but this is by far the best. I LOVE HOUSE KOCHYLI!

A gorgeous villa on the edge of the hotel complex. The villa has use of the large hotel pool but then you can retire to the peace and quiet of the large villa terrace and enjoy the uninterrupted sea view. The hotel also has a small beach/swimming platform into the sea. the villa itself is clean, spacious and well equipped. The host was really helpful and was quick to sort out any issues. The complex is approx 4km outside of Skala, when e didn't want to drive taxis were only 8 euros each way which the hotel reception were happy to call for us.

Beautiful house, big, nicely furnished. Big kitchen with everything you need. Very quiet, comfortable beds. Lovely sitting area outside. We didn't meet Katerina in person but she was always remotely available and very helpful and accommodating.

Location was amazing. Quiet and secluded away from the hustle and bustle. But only 5min drive to the nearest beach and village. Apartment was very clean. Hosts were very welcoming and friendly with plenty of knowledge about the island and suggestions of where to visit and eat.

Everything was perfect! The host were very welcoming, the pool was really clean, rooms also very clean with housekeeping every day, the view from the hill was beautiful, breakfast was very good(Chris cooks very well).

Hotel provides everything you need: towels, bathrobes, slippers, toothbrush, cosmetics… In rooms there is fridge with cool drinks. Breakfast is homemade and incredibly tasty. Swimming pool big and clean. Sunbeds very comfortable. Area is very quiet and green, with nice garden so you can relax. Lot of parking space.

The area and the views were stunning. The villa was very clean and perfect for a family holiday. The private pool was cleaned every day and wasn't overlooked. The village beach and bars were so relaxing and the people were so kind and welcoming. Villa included instructions on how to use everything and it was very easy to contact management company if we needed anything.
