Staff was excellent, genuinely welcome. Maria was very helpful in my whole stay, thank you a lot. Very clean, really important for me.
Also the mattress was great, not too soft neither very hard.

As a final note, my honest score for the hotel was going to be 9 out of 10, but, since we enjoyed our time there as a family, I wish to contribute to increasing their score even more, so 10 it is. If we ever visit Karditsa again, we will definitely think of Avra for booking our stay.
