I have travelled a lot, but Zefiros is one of the best places I have stayed do far. Unique location on the hill surrounded only by mountains with breathtaking view makes the place tranquil and peaceful. Yet short walk to port with bus stop and shops makes the location very practical too as you dont need a car. Watching the sunrise from the patio is definitely worth to get up for. So beatiful. The apartment is cosy and provides everything you need. It was lovely to meet Lucy and her husband, who look after the property.

We had the most wonderful 6 night stay at Lemon Tree Houses. Maria and Athanasia were beyond brilliant, they were always on hand with the best advice of what to do each day depending on the wind conditions. They were so friendly and enthusiastic and had already thought of everything, from boxes for the bits of breakfast we didn’t eat to umbrellas for the beach. The breakfast itself was delicious and so plentiful; each day was different and each day was just as good as the last. Our room was always super clean and comfortable - we slept incredibly well throughout the entire trip, the bed was AMAZING!
Lemon Tree is located in the little village of Ano Maria and with a supermarket, restaurants and a coffee shop nearby. You can get into Chora by bus or by renting a car - Maria organised car rental for us which was super easy. But the property itself has a lovely pool and is so quiet so it’s the perfect place to relax and switch off.
Honestly we cannot recommend this place enough and would definitely come back again!

Pegados is a great place to stay. We were met at the port and taken to our accommodation where Christine warmly greeted us and took us to our room. Christine is a wonderful host -nothing was too difficult for her.
We stayed in a one bedroom villa which had a spectacular view and was right next to the pool. It was kept super clean with servicing every day. Breakfast each morning was delicious and filling so we could start each day very happy and satisfied.
The location right near Chora (one of the most charming villages we’ve seen in the Greek islands) is perfect and is right near the bus stop.

Hosts were welcoming and we were able to leave our luggage at the property until wile were able to check in/when we checked out until our ferry arrived.
Amazing location and view. Quiet little port outside of ferry times, meaning you were pretty much on your own for early morning swims.
Beach had busy periods - while people waited for their ferry after they'd checked out of their accommodation or whole they waited to check in.
Great for families or large parties, holiday homes are privately owned accommodation, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities for self-catering, although breakfast may be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different to apartments.

Good location close to the port, picked up by the host from the port when we arrived. Very clean appartment including everything we needed, also the hottub is amazing!! Had a lovely stay.

The room was very clean, not so much spacious, but it did have a fantastic balcony from which the tranquil Bay Area of Karovastatis could be seen.
The breakfasts were excellent, the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. It's probably the best place to stay in Karovastatis in terms of ambience and value for money. It's a great alternative to staying in Chora because it's more laid back and relaxing.
The view from the room on the top floor was magnificent (2 balconies with view at sea). The breakfast was very nice and the room very clean. The double bed very comfortable.
