Our stay at this villa was absolutely perfect. The villa was very clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and welcoming environment.
Every detail was thoughtfully considered, with everything you could possibly need provided in the kitchen, outdoor space, bedrooms, and living area. Whether we were cooking meals, lounging in the garden or just lazying around, we felt completely at home. The only minor suggestion I would make is to add a coffee machine, which would be a great addition to the already well-equipped kitchen.
The location of the villa was ideal for what we were looking for. Nestled in a quiet and almost secluded neighborhood, the peacefulness was one of the main charms of the stay. The villa is a perfect retreat for people seeking an escape from the dynamics of todays world.
For those who enjoy a more tranquil beach experience, there is a quiet beach nearby (292 meters from the villa), perfect for lying down and soaking up the sun. It's a simple beach with umbrellas, free from the distractions of bars or cafes, which we found to be perfect for unwinding.
Despite its secluded feel, the villa's location is also great for exploring Chalkidiki. Assuming you have a car, you're just a short drive away from some of the more lively and famous beaches in the area, complete with beach bars and a vibrant atmosphere. It was the best of both worlds—peace and quiet at the villa, with easy access to more bustling spots when we wanted them.
The host was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. He sent us a detailed guide with locations and links to some of the best places to visit around Chalkidiki.
Overall, I recommend this villa for anyone looking to relax in a beautiful, serene setting while still being close enough to explore all that Chalkidiki has to offer.

It is a really nice villa in the middle of an olive tree forest. It is not in the village but the nearest store is 5 min walking and the closest village is 5 min with car. We liked the privacy of the place, the nice balcony and the overall atmosphere. Perfect for 2 people.

The accommodation was just perfect, very clean and equipped with.. everything that a family would need! Even the fireplace was filled with wood ready to fire it up! The equipment was modern and the decoration was a combination with wood and stone that immediately felt like a cozy home! I highly recommend it for families and couples!

We had an amazing time in the villa. Sofia and Eleni were very friendly and helpful. We had everything we need and felt like at home. They greeted us with baked puff pastry which was really nice. The villa is nicely decorated and the beds were very comfortable. We'll definitely recommend this place to our friends and visit again.

We liked everything. The studio was very clean and comfortable. The bed has a good matress and the sleep is very refreshing. It has a powerful AC, nets to all the windows. The cleaning was made every 2 days. We liked especially the garden, our boy played in the morning and evening in it, also very safe for children. I would suggest putting an additional shelf in the bathroom for all the products of the tourists. Also Maria and her familly are very nice and helpful. For us it was a great experience. Thank you!
Very clean room and nice big shower. Polite and very helpful staff. We requested a room at the back as the property is on the main road and this made our stay nice and quiet. The air-conditioning worked really well and we were pleased to be able to sleep in a cool bedroom.
The house is equipped with everything you need, it is very clean, the location is excellent, very close to the beach. The settlement is horticulturally arranged with wide grassy areas, with children's playgrounds and a tennis court.
