It is a really nice villa in the middle of an olive tree forest. It is not in the village but the nearest store is 5 min walking and the closest village is 5 min with car. We liked the privacy of the place, the nice balcony and the overall atmosphere. Perfect for 2 people.

Our stay at this villa was absolutely perfect. The villa was very clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and welcoming environment.
Every detail was thoughtfully considered, with everything you could possibly need provided in the kitchen, outdoor space, bedrooms, and living area. Whether we were cooking meals, lounging in the garden or just lazying around, we felt completely at home. The only minor suggestion I would make is to add a coffee machine, which would be a great addition to the already well-equipped kitchen.
The location of the villa was ideal for what we were looking for. Nestled in a quiet and almost secluded neighborhood, the peacefulness was one of the main charms of the stay. The villa is a perfect retreat for people seeking an escape from the dynamics of todays world.
For those who enjoy a more tranquil beach experience, there is a quiet beach nearby (292 meters from the villa), perfect for lying down and soaking up the sun. It's a simple beach with umbrellas, free from the distractions of bars or cafes, which we found to be perfect for unwinding.
Despite its secluded feel, the villa's location is also great for exploring Chalkidiki. Assuming you have a car, you're just a short drive away from some of the more lively and famous beaches in the area, complete with beach bars and a vibrant atmosphere. It was the best of both worlds—peace and quiet at the villa, with easy access to more bustling spots when we wanted them.
The host was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. He sent us a detailed guide with locations and links to some of the best places to visit around Chalkidiki.
Overall, I recommend this villa for anyone looking to relax in a beautiful, serene setting while still being close enough to explore all that Chalkidiki has to offer.

Located in lively town square. Small parking area in front garden, but rent a small car if you expect to use it as the gate is very narrow. Lovely old stone house. Air conditioning upstairs in hall and bedroom, but none downstairs. Two full bathrooms with showers. Functioning oven. The location is great to explore Halkidiki and the nearness to the beach could not have been better! We loved relaxing under the beatuful olive trees in the green garden by the very clean pool eating delicious gyros from the bar. Alkinoos beach hotel - we will be dreaming about you! 😍

Almost everything was perfect, didn't expected to get the cleaning service (this is not always the strong point in Greece for holiday houses), the beach is nice, the beach bar and restaurant as well (with a twist) and have to mention Kiki - the best host one could get, she was more helpful and stress-free :)
