A wonderful reception – even though we arrived after midnight, The owner sent a car for us from the airport and was waiting with local refreshments and a gracious welcoming tour of Lucida ;
Staying here means you don’t have to think of anything !
; they had thought of every little thing we could possibly need to make our stay as relaxing as possible, from the copious snacks and refreshments to the toiletries and entertainment.
The little details make it a fabulous stay, nicely spread out so even as a large group you could find lots of quiet areas to chill out and recoup, but with an owner that is eager to show the beauty of Rhodes so that you could have your very own guide around the island to experience whatever suited you most from beaches to the hills or history of the town.
The gastronomy ? – well Hippocrates says, “Let food be thy medicine” and Lucida takes this sentiment seriously. From your morning breakfast outside under the olive and lemon trees with fresh local Greek produce – to the evening with a grill and fresh cut salad with fragrant fresh oregano and lemons straight from the gardens around you – it’s just pure bliss. If you’re yet to feel healed, retreat to the reposeful areas in and around the residence and let your worries whittle away to the soothing sound of cicadas, from plunge pool side to garden hammock or numerous chill out beds and cabanas around the welcome shade of the beautifully designed garden – with tortoises under the trees and kittens prowling the terraces; it is just blissful.
You will not go hungry that is certain !
We used every corner to relax – and the tv outside under the cooling canopy was just perfect for lazy evening.
The ‘jacuzzi’ was great – more a good-sized plunge pool, spotlessly clean, the perfect temperature and well designed to get in and out of, with a brilliant outside shower.
There is a gym with everything you could need and bikes and paddle boards.
In the evening the outdoor lighting was just perfect.

It was beautiful, well maintained. Clean and homely with a modernised Greek design. It had good WiFi, air con, and two android smart TV’s (for streaming TV on players such as Netflix, Prime Video etc..). The two seater hot tub was lovely, alongside the additional outside shower. The terrace in which these were situated in was beautiful, we always used this space when we had dinner at the property. The kitchen had an electric hob, and a microwave/grill, plus plenty of crockery and cutlery to dine in at the property! The location was the best bit. The village of Koskinou was beautiful, surrounded by locals and the best restaurants we ate at during our stay on the island, it truly felt traditional.

The villa was great we were 4 couples and all rooms on suite. Tina was on hand for any questions and even got us 2 extra Sun loungers so we had 8 . The villa is in a spot where you need to drive or be happy with the bus or taxi. The bus stops are very close and easy to get to Rhodes town or Lindos. Taxi is 12-15€ into Faliraki with some great restaurants recommended by Tina

Great location (we rented a car, and there’s a spacious parking spot), quiet neighborhood, close to beaches by car, shops, coffee places, and cafes. The house is very cozy, clean, and equipped with everything necessary; it's clear that the owner cares about the guests' comfort! There’s also a beautiful and well-maintained area around the house. Located just off the main road with easy access and parking outside. Perfect base to explore the island if you have a hire car. Numerous places to visit and within waling distance there were two excellent restaurants to eat at - Floras and The Old House. Property was very clean and well maintained with all the amenities you would expect. The host Eleni was excellent in all aspects and was very helpful. Highly recommend this property.

The modern complex is very clean and tidy and tidy, it is well looked after by their friendly staff. The addition of a private pool to our suite was a real bonus. A good breakfast is served in the neat reception area each morning. It is in close proximity to a lovely little beach which has several cafe/bars and restaurants. There are also a few small supermarkets nearby. It is a 10-15 minute walk into the centre of Faliraki.
the room was absolutely perfect, very clean, the staff were extremely nice and helpful, perfect location, 3 minute walk to the strip and the private pool although small ideal for couples, extremely satisfied and would highly recommend.
