Well located modern property. In the centre of Tsilivi, but you are not disturbed by any town noise. In fact, it is surprisingly quiet. A 2 minute walk from the Spar supermarket. The villa is easy walking distance to the beach.
Pool was cleaned every morning and cleaners turned up twice during the week to change sheets and towels. Air conditioning works in all rooms and is effective. Fridge and washing machine clean and in functioning order. Large car park area in front of the villa. Never ran out of hot water. Coffee machine and kettle relatively new appliances.
Astarte Villas provide a 'concierge' service and Efi was particularly helpful during our stay with local information and assistance with booking taxis. The time between landing on the tarmac and entering the property was well under 1 hour!

Incredibly awesome location. You would've been surrounded by olive trees on one side and sea on the other, silent nice location albeit in 5 mins drive from popular center full of shops, restaurants and mainly the beach! 🤩
Three rooms with double beds so Casa could've actually accommodate lot of people. Kitchen has everything needed. Hospitality and organization of stuff is on highest level.

It's a great location - just a couple of minutes walk off the main street but nice and quiet. Air conditioning and comfortable spacious clean villa with a lovely pool. Lots of restaurants in the town - more than you can choose from in a week and great food, a couple of good bakeries and supermarkets in the town with all you need within walking distance so didn't need a car. The Villa tour guide was available on Whats App - extremely friendly and helpful and organised a couple of trips for us to Olympia and a boat trip. Also only a 10 minute walk to the beach - really nice town and very friendly..

The property was just what we were looking for, plenty of room for everyone to have their own space if needed. Very tranquil, we always pick a villa away from amenities but saying that it wasn't far to drive to supermarket, restaurants and beach.
We had a couple of issues but these were put right straight away, communication from owner and team was quick and responsive. Nothing was too much trouble for them.
Would definitely stay here again.

very good The location is very good, and the room is very clean.Dennis, the boss, was really nice and finally called a taxi for us.It's only a few minutes' walk from here to the seaside.There is also a big restaurant in their home. Greek food is very delicious, especially lamb.
Our room was exactly like in the pictures, very clean and quiet. It was close to the beach and the city centre was about 10-15 minutes walk, depending on your pace. There are a bunch of restaurants near the hotel with amazing local food. Would definetely recommend.
Beautiful spacious house: we stayed there with 9 people and we had plenty of space. Good beds, very clean apartment with evrything you need for a relaxing holiday. I would recommend hiring a car. Lovely holiday home!
Great hotel! Perfect location with parking right next to the hotel. Very clean. Exceptional breakfast with a great variety of sweet and salty foods; you can order scrambled eggs or omelette and they bring it to you in a minute 😊 the staff was very helpful and positive. We didn't have dryer in the room and the lady on the reception was very polite and we had it on the next morning. We stayed in a suite with a little private pool.
The room was very clean, cosy and peacefull and the private pool was very nice.Good coffee at breakfast and very good sweets.The cards and the gifts at depature were a nice touch.
The apartments are exceptionally clean and well equipped. The owner’s hospitality is wonderful with lots of extra touches to make you feel welcome and to help including some snacks, drinks and breakfast items to help you out. I can’t thank them enough for their friendly approach to guests, especially as this is their first time running holiday homes.
Zakynthos town was 10 minutes drive and much more traditionally Greek than Tivlisi with many more side street bars and restaurants to explore.
Exeptional place with a staff - one of tis kind! True 5 star treatment, private pool is outstanding. Personal attention was remarkable. Very clean, superb brakfast, interrior/exterrior stands out!
