Lovely villa in a beautiful peaceful location over-looking Bali. Spacious, well equipped (the air con is very, very new) and really clean, the host Mike is extremely welcoming, it’s clear it’s important to him you enjoy your stay. The highlight of the villa is definitely the outside, loads of space surrounded by trees to offer shade if required, at the centre of it all is the stunning pool, it was loved by kids & adults alike. A further nice little extra touch is the ability to pick your own variety of fruit & veg from the rear of the property - we picked tomatoes, peppers, figs & lemons, sadly the grapes & olives weren’t quite ready yet ! The kids have told me to write that they were impressed with the WiFi ! Overall a really lovely villa & we throughly enjoyed our 2 weeks here.

Beautiful Villa and welcoming hosts. Our family had the holiday of a lifetime at Villa Aveva and we were sad to leave. This Villa has everything and more. Spacious, plenty of indoor and outdoor eating areas, clean pools, outdoor pizza oven and bbq. Stunning gardens with fresh lemons, berry's, oranges and more growing. And a 10 minute walk from the beautiful seaside town of Bali with fantastic shops, restaurants, beaches and the loveliest people. Perfect if you have a baby travelling too as they have a little shallow pool, cot, highchair. The hosts were so accommodating and had made the most delicious cakes for our Family on our arrival. 10/10 would come back again and again and again 🇬🇷💙🏴

Adrianna Villa is simply stunning. The property itself is amazing, located in a beautiful village of Bali, surrounded by gorgeous mountain views within walking distance to all you need. Spotless clean with wonderful hosts that make you feel at home. Private pool, spacious rooms and beautiful finishings. Restaurants serve very tasty food, mini markets and beautiful beaches are few steps away. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a peaceful and relaxing holiday atmosphere.

Very relaxing holiday, hosts were extremely helpful and friendly, villa for 6 was perfect for the 4 of us (separate bedrooms required for our adult children), very clean and well equiped and quiet surroundings. Bali very hilly and villa on hill but aware of that before we came and helped burn some calories! Loads of local reasonably priced restaurants. We were in Villa 2, Villa 1 probably a slightly better layout and less overlooked but didnt detract. Overall amazing holiday. Thank you to the lovely lady at the Xidas reception.

Great place to unwind, we had a 4 night
stay which was great after visiting Chania for a few days. We made use of the outside area, pool was refreshing, we also made use of the bbq, it certainly was a labour of love to get it going but perseverance prevailed😋 We had the presence of a lovely timid kitty who shared our bbq.
The lady who cleans the villas was lovely, nothing was too much trouble.

The room was very clean and equipped with all the amenities we needed. We stayed there for one night but we got the most out of it. In the self-service bar, there are juice dispersers as well as some alcohol available and some pastries. The pools are warm and shallow perfect for lounging. The buffet was adequate but the quality could certainly be a bit better.
The view was amazing both from the room and from the restaurant-bar.
This is the second time I have stayed here, they are family run and absolutely amazing.
They are kind, helpful, the apartments are lovely, all very clean - the facilities are great, lovely pool, children’s pool, bar, snack bar - loads of sun beds and umbrellas.
The location is perfect for town, beach, harbour and port - it’s a genuine safe haven and I’m going to return there again.

Great place! Nice new apartments close to the beach and the old port. A supermarket with everything you need is a minute's walk away. There is also a mini train stop nearby that will take you to the bus station, from where you can easily get to Heraklion airport or the wonderful old town of Rethymno.
The apartment is very clean. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. A large bed with a very comfortable mattress. Room service was excellent. We are very satisfied with our stay here.

The view from the balcony was worth the money on its own. Room is very basic but very clean and bed is comfortable.
The tavern downstairs serves excellent food as well as having those great views across the bay.
Everything was amazing! We arrived very late, tired, hungry and thirsty but Stelios was there to meet and greet, with a couple of pints and offered to make us two toasts, on the house!
Room, the stairs, bar were very clean, room cleaning service was daily.
The location was outstanding, literally meters away from the beach, all rooms have sea view.

Nice owners. Got a bottle of cold water. A bit high climb but it is worth enjoying the sea view from general terrace. A nice beach 5min walk. Very clean 2 rooms (good for 2-4 people), towels.
The outdoor area is generous and very comfortable, also for bigger families/groups. Haris was helpful and exceeded our expectations in every way. Loved some details that are not standard in holiday homes such as a fully stocked kitchen including groceries, bathrobes, bathroom products, a homecooked meal upon arrival and detailed clean halfway through our stay. Location is very private with a short walk to the buzzle of Bali, which is set out for tourism.
