Very modern and brand new, lots of space, full kitchen and a washing machine, a very comfortable bed. We had a great night sleep! We stayed in the lower apartment first which was very comfortable, quiet, cool, especially on a hot day, and then on the second floor that had a balcony and amazing views of the sea from all windows. The third floor which is in progress will definitely be superb! The owners are very kind and friendly. Thank you Γέλιο (Kelly) and your husband Ioannis for everything! We will be back.

The apartment is spacious and well furnished with everything you need for a long stay. It is located about a 10-minute walk from the city center. Finding a parking space is relatively easy, although you have to park on the street. The hosts are extremely kind and respond quickly in case of need. Highly recommended.

Very welcoming hospitality. Indeed very close to the beach you can walk to / from in your flip flops and bathing suit. Very quiet and tranquil! Enjoyed a nice coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening gazing at the open sea view and the city of Kalamata
Great for families or large parties, holiday homes are privately owned accommodation, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities for self-catering, although breakfast may be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different to apartments.
The comfort and the view was among our favorite vacation rentals in Europe, Dimosthenis did a great job on the house, it was a fabulous base to explore Mani, don't skip the town of Kardamyli. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Fully furnished kitchen with washing machine and microwave. Good internet in the mornings, in the evening signal was lost. Just a little walk to beach. Situated in the second row of houses from main road, which was just perfect to not hear the traffic.
