Owner is a super cool lady, my bad I arrived earlier than agreed time, and She still showed up in a few minutes and checked us in. house is like in the pictures, even better, super tidy and clean, and most importantly silent. Garden is amazing. We just went there to sleep for a night, but i would enjoy a few extra days, reading books, drinking coffee at the patio. Inside you can see every detail is well thought, and there is a kind of artist touch on most items (walls, decorations etc.) there is even a garage for your car in the patio. Keramoti/the beaches are in driving distance maybe 10-15 minutes

the location is very nice, in an olive grove. although the room is not big, it is equipped with everything you need. the garden is furnished with hammocks, has swings and toys for children. the hosts are very hospitable, special people, even if they don't speak English. I suggest you all to use google translate to convey certain thoughts / wishes. don't let the language barrier stop communication because you will meet some very good people. the main accommodation is on the main road, there are parking spaces in the shade under the olive trees, right in the yard. two of the quietest beaches, with good chill music, with entry into smooth water, ideal for children, are a short distance away 2 min drive: Papu Beach and Arriba Beach, both have natural shade. 15 min distance by car to the capital Limenas, so the position its ideal even for daily visits

it's a well furnished flat in an idyllic location along a 2 lane coastal road.. Two terraces to enjoy sunrise over the water. A 5 minute walk to 4 tavernas to choose from on a picturesque harbor with a full size supermarket (confusingly called "mini market"). 18 minute walk to downtown Kavala/aqueduct along the sea - good sidewalk. One thing to know: the parking spot is next to the villa and fits one car. You need to know the location to be able to quickly pull in. But the owner will send you a picture of it. He is very responsive and will meet you to show you in.
