Lovely host, we felt very welcome since arrival. They allow us to stay during the day of our departure. We've got a nice home-made breakfast one day and we also did our laundry. Calm place, lovely hammack and all facilities available. Recommended to be in the nature and not far from the touristic spots in that area

We were met by our lovely host waiting for us on arrival (hence the need to say roughly what time you are arriving), her young nephews helped with some of the translation as we're not very good with French, but we muddled through with the essentials. Lovely property, views of the sea in the distance. There are two handy shops at the end of the quiet road (one a greengrocers and the other a convenience store), although the Carrefour is not not far away. Boulangerie L'Epi about a 5 min walk for fresh bread every morning.
The location is on a quiet residential street. Raisin Clair beach is an easy 15 minute walk away, the Marina (where most of the nightlife/restaurants are) is about 15 minutes the other direction - a little tricky to find your way as there are a lot of little streets you can cut through but it felt safe enough to wander around.
Property itself had everything we could need, comfortable to spend the evenings in or on the balcony. There's a massive garden, but we didn't make use of it but maybe useful if you have kids that you want out of the way.
