We had such beautiful view, nobody around us, a lot of useful things (including stuff for the kitchen, firewood, candles, lights and places to eat outside).

The cottage is furnished to the smallest detail, very cozy, comfortable and beautiful. There is everything necessary for a comfortable and complete rest. The kitchen is equipped with all the dishes and equipment. Two full bedrooms with a wardrobe for clothes, a separate panoramic corner where you can relax and enjoy the view of the mountains. The cottage is located 15 minutes from the highway, for me it was cool to walk through the village and enjoy its beauty. The host was very friendly and was always in touch, he also recommended a cool restaurant very close to the cottage. I would definitely stay in this cottage again and the price is worth it.

We came at mid October 2024. The house was lovely and answered well to our sleeping, cooking and showering needs. Unfortunately, outside temperature was 0-5°c. The house has no central heating system, and equipped with electric light duty heating devices only. There was a fire place at the kitchen, with no wood in house. After asking for more heating devices the wood was supplied (but this heating method is helpful only for the kitchen).
All in all, the place is roomy and authentic, but we spent most of our time in it busy on keep our children warm.
It's really fine to call your place a "summer house" and take it off market after September, if you can't heat it properly.

We stayed one night. Found the property and were greeted by an older lady who showed us to our room. We don't speak Georgian so it was useful to have a translation app to communicate. The bedroom was fine. Bathroom is outside (via the terrace/balcony), and there is a kitchen for guests' use but it was not very clean.
