We (group of 8 people) really enjoyed our stay, the owner is very hospitable (offered us fresh watermelon) and responsive if we had any questions she was always available to help. The place itself is comfortable with all the necessary amenities, there is even a washing machine. There is a store around the corner and an amazing bakery within a 5/10 minute walk. If we will ever be back in Batumi we hope to stay here again.

It is pretty spacious

We enjoyed our stay. The family host is very polite, with huge respect for guests' personal space and comfort. For example, we needed a table for work, and they provided 3 options and patiently let us try all 3 and choose. All questions or requests from our side were fulfilled in a matter of 10-15 minutes. The wooden house is new, well-made, with the good working AC. As the house is wooden and located almost in the forest, sometimes there were ants in the house, but for us, it wasn’t a big problem. Speaking of the forest: the location of the house is a true gem in our opinion. The door opens into the Adjarian forest with a small creek downhill. As the house is almost the last on the road, we were hearing only birds, the forest, and water. Combined with the nice barbecue place (gazebo), it creates a perfect atmosphere for chill evenings with friends. Important note. There are two houses close to each other separated by the barbecue area: the one we are talking about and the small one. We were lucky to stay alone without guests in the small house, so if you appreciate personal space, you might consider booking both houses. Batumi city seems close, but considering traffic jams, the commute to the city center might be pretty time-consuming, so keep that in mind if you are planning to go there frequently. Because of that, we stayed mostly in Mahindjauri. Wi-Fi was good enough for work. We can recommend this house for staying in groups of up to 4 adults. One couple + one adult seems the most reasonable combination.

The place is really nice and very clean. Well located. Calm place near to lively Batoumi. Direct Access to the beach. Ruslan and his team were available and efficient when needed. Nice welcome from our arrival up to departure. We had a great time friends and family. Will surely Come back !

Great great stay, wonderful view and all the facilities are good for family living. The yard was awesome, especially for kids. It's different feeling staying there on the hill from living in the core city area - more like a local citizen owning a villa. If you are first time vistor to Batumi and planning to arrive at night, I would suggest you call the houselord beforehand so you could easily find its right location on the hill.

This beautiful wooden house was on a mountain slope North of batumi. It was beuatifully quiet there. Surrounded by nature with an amazing view of the Sea, it was the perfect arrival destination for a roadtrip through Georgia. The key handover was uncomplicated. Because the place is not easy to find on Google navigation, the host sent very detailed and helpful instructions for how to get there and was on standby for calls, in case you miss an exit. While somewhat off the beaten path, this place was sooo wonderful, it is defeinitely worth it. We will return!
