Svetlana was the most amazing person we have met on our trip. Welcoming, friendly, and always looking to make things more comfortable and easier. If she saw we were heading to the river, she'd give us a big towel and matt to sit on. If we put a wash in, we'd come back to have hung up, and then folded on our porch. At the end of the trip she said she knows how special being able to take a break and be on vacation is for families - and she wants to make sure we had a good time. I sincerely hope the owners of the Green Bunny know that this place is so amazing because of her. The river is the perfect spot to be with kids. Just crossing the river there is a wonderful place for a traditional Georgian meal. At the Green bunny itself, Svetlana will make you eggs and crepes which our kids loved. The waterfall is a short hike and the most picturesque one we have seen in Georgia (or anywhere else). The small non-descript chapel in the village is actually stunning on the inside - and the caretaker of the chapel gave us fresh tomatoes and cucumbers from his garden. Communication was done through google translate, and while this isnt the most personal way to communicate, Svetlana's gestures and smile made it very warm and personal.

A lovely little cottage by the river, remote location so tranquility is guaranteed. The hosts are sweet and helpful. It's definitely your place if you seek silence and want to enjoy some relaxed days.

Really nice lady who waited for us. Just a few minutes walk to the canyon. A nice terrace where you can sit and drink or do games. You can park the car in front of the house. We've got some homemade wine and cherries from the owner. If your coming from the direction of the canyon, you can go through the road with all the stalls after the ticket office, and in the end to the left (when it's busy it looks like it'snot possible).. In the beginning we thought that it was not possible. But yes, you can! There was a cooker in the room to make your own tea

Best dinner by far. We really liked that we had our own small "house". Grandma and the dog were both lovely

Everything was just perfect. The hostess spoiled us with traditional meals. Even sent us away with fruit and nuts. She proudly showed us her farm animals. Wish we could stay longer.
