The place is clean & big, we wanted some groceries and teimor picked us up multiple times to go to the shops and get whatever we need, he also took us back to airport upon leaving.

Views are amazing, especially when the weather is good.
The cottage is warm and cozy, everything is new and of good quality. Kitchen is well equipped, there is even a small coffemaker.
Dogs are allowed without extra charges.
There's a place for a barbecue -with a water tap and gas tank, which is very convenient.
When it was raining, we enjoyed watching TV as a TVset is also very good)
Regular price is quite high but we saw that it is worth every lari - more comfortable than any hotel we saw in Ajara.

Perfect place in nature, away from the busy areas. Beautiful scenery and tranquil atmosphere. You will need to stock up in groceries for the duration of your stay. Shops are not walking distance, But they will provide a driver to take you anywhere. There is a waterfall and rafting place not far up the mountain. it’s fun to see that. A beautiful dog on the property adopted us, we called him George. The hot tub outside the cabin was amazing. Irakil was kind enough to get it heated. Also the BBQ was great to have. I will definitely come back again. Thank you for making our stay amazing.
