We (group of 8 people) really enjoyed our stay, the owner is very hospitable (offered us fresh watermelon) and responsive if we had any questions she was always available to help. The place itself is comfortable with all the necessary amenities, there is even a washing machine. There is a store around the corner and an amazing bakery within a 5/10 minute walk. If we will ever be back in Batumi we hope to stay here again.

We stayed there as a group of three families. This is one large floor in the house. There are two bathrooms, four bedrooms, a large dining room, a kitchen, and a living room. The place is air-conditioned, well-equipped, spacious, and very comfortable. The terrace is a lovely addition where you can have an excellent time with friends. There is enough space at least for two cars. I highly recommend it.

We absolutely loved the villa! We agreed with Archil, discussed all the details. An understanding, kind and cheerful man. We went straight from the airport to the villa, although we stayed until the night because we stopped in the city and had something to eat, but there were no problems with checking in. Very beautiful view, rooms, everything is gorgeous. We will definitely come back, but for a longer period of time. The romantic vacation was a success. Thank you! ❤️

The most comfortable room, very helpful and polite owner. close to the beach, you have mountains on the one side and the sea on the other side, very quiet place but also near to peopley and noisy side of the sea. Rooms are very clean 10/10, all the needed stuff you can have inside if the room. You can enjoy every minute in this property.
We enjoyed our 2 weeks at Guest House Gonio and would totally recommend it as a place to stay. The things I liked here:
- the hospitality of the host Tamriko — she was extremely friendly and nice to us, always helped when it was needed.
- generally the place is very clean, all utilities are new.
- there is an amazing view from the rooftop

Hotel was very clean and the staff were excellent and so friendly. Also they were very attentive - kindly upgraded the room as it was my guest honeymoon. Loved everything about it went there for my guest honeymoon.

Everything was perfect. The hotel location is great - it's really 10 metres from the seaside and you can go to bed and get up with the sound of the sea. All rooms have a terrace with seaview and you can enjoy the sound of the waves all night long. The room is ideal - Very clean, comfortable and equipped with everything you need. The staff is very friendly, smiling and kind. Breakfast is varied and delicious. The hotel also has a restaurant. I highly recommended - you will not regret it.
Very clean, comfortable, modern villa with averything needed for relax: beautiful terrace, very good kitchen with plates, cups and even dishwasher, washing machine, comfortable room, new, small snd beautifull territory, mountains and singing frogs.
Cheap, but still comfortable and welcoming place almost on the beach, with optional transfer. Private entrance and bathroom with shower, AC, fridge. Room was clean.
Very hospitable host, you also can order homemade breakfast, lunch and dinner. Some cafes and stores nearby.
Pebble beach is very clean, but it is better to use slippers to walk. Water is amazing!
