It was in a great location and it was great for the kids - with a park on-site. The passes to the China Fleet Country Club were also a great addition - my kids loved the pool. The appliances all worked great. There was a washing machine and dryer which was useful.

Breakfast was just to our liking with lots of choice
We booked for 4 nights but ended up staying for 6.
Staff were very friendly and had lots of banter with them
Food was a little slow but they are not running a Mac Donald’s chain

The Staff were really friendly and the breakfast was lovely, the room was very clean and the bed was super comfy.
They left a air conditioning unit as was so hot and was much appreciated, there was milk in a fridge that you can help yourself to. Overall it was a very enjoyable stay and I am looking forward to going back if I am in the area,
Lovely spacious property, nicely renovated and decorated. We were able to cook a full roast dinner (large oven, good selection of pots/pans/utensils and a dishwasher!). House itself very clean and comfortable. We easily fit two cars on the drive and space for another on the road outside. Located in a lovely spot - peaceful and close to the moors. Would definitely stay again.
Friendly welcome, nothing was to much trouble. Very clean, comfortable with lovely views of the moors out of the patio doors and the sound of the river Dart flowing in the ravine below. Very relaxing, pity the weather wasn't better as it would have been nice to sit out on the patio with a glass of wine.
The annex was very clean, well equipped and ever so quiet, which was wonderful. The view out from the bedrooms over the garden and fields is very tranquil.
The hosts had excellent communication and nothing was too much trouble. Will be back!!
