It was very beautiful and quiet the room was extremely clean and comfortable. We didn’t meet any staff, the check in was very easy and straight forward so not a problem at all.
We booked and checked In late last minute as visiting family in the area so the location was perfect.

I loved this place and so did my daughter. The facilities were exceptional and they even provided a cupboard full of board games which my little girl loved. The owner was extremely friendly and welcoming. I would recommend this to anyone.

Beautiful place , scenic area really enjoyed our stay if I have to be picky another toilet maybe out back would be good idea, as bathroom facilities are in one bedroom , so other guest have to go into someone's bedroom whilst they sleep to use toilet, but we managed everything else excellent , love it

Excellent,superb location. Quiet, comfortable, everything we needed for our stay.
The owner was welcoming and friendly. The location was close to pubs and shops and good for main road links. The bedroom was very clean and the bed was so comfortable. The breakfast selection was excellent and the poached eggs were perfect.
Great location, Off the high street with a Sainsbury 1 min away. The owners were helpful and provided everything we could possibly need and more. They even had a book with instructions for using things, where to find things, restaurant menus etc. Very clean and lovely area!
Really nice little find we were really pleased with our stay and looking forward to another one . The room was lovely and very clean and the hot tub was great.The little gifts left were a lovely touch We will definitely be back very soon

Excellent communication with owner. Flat was very clean and John even asked what milk we would like on arrival. Together with tea, coffee, beer and wine what more could one ask. Just a 2 minute walk to Yarm town centre
Very clean, tastefully decorated, with excellent facilities. Owner Steve was absolutely charming and very helpful, gave a very warm welcome! Location was perfect, right on the High Street, in the midst of great bars and restaurants - and yet set back enough that there were no disturbances from any revellers! Would most certainly book again! 😀
