A fabulous cottage so close to Blenheim Palace. It is warm, comfortable, tastefully decorated, beautiful feather doonas, spacious, well equipped and great location close to Woodstock and Oxford. There is a local pub down the road and an easy walk to the Blenheim estate. The cottage is set back slightly from the road so noise was not an issue. The host lives next door and was friendly and helpful but not at all intrusive and you won’t see them unless you want to. We were 5 adults staying for 8 nights. Highly recommended.

Without doubt one of the most lovely "holiday homes" we've stayed in. Beautiful location in a pretty village with gorgeous grounds, well equipped kitchen and super cosy/comfy lounge and bed. There is full access to the stunning garden and the private outdoor seating/eating/bbq area has stunning far reaching views.

The property was in a very convenient location, close to a supermarket market so anytime we needed something we didn’t worry about driving around to find a shop. Our flight was early morning but the initial check in time was later in the afternoon. The host was lenient with us checking in early free of charge. The setup of the house was nice and cozy with a huge parking lot. Surprised it was as seen in the picture. The host was also nice to equip all the bathrooms with body wash soap and hair conditioner. All in all the our stay was amazing and if we are to come back, we would definitely get the house again

Nice room in Courtyard and lovely to be able to park right outside the room. Two good chairs so no having to sit on bed to watch the television. Not the largest room but well set up and very clean. Nice toiletries. Decent Lighting. Extremely comfortable bed. Staff friendly and helpful. Fantastic location and lovely outside seating when weather allowed.
The property was very clean, modern and bright. A superb location, 5 minutes walk from the centre. The shower was powerful and hot. Loved the polish concrete floor. Beds very comfortable.

The location was excellent. Lovely areas to enjoy a drink especially the courtyard at the back .
Food in the restaurant was excellent and large portions!! Good variety as well. Wine list was quite extensive for a pub.
Room a little tired in the decoration but did not affect our stay. Had a view over the main street which was excellent. Quiet all night even with the windows wide open. Very clean and tidy.
