The house was well maintained and very convenient to Cardiff university, shops like IKEA (4 minutes away), Costco, Aldi, Lids, etc.The owner was very helpful and provided free toiletries,coffee, tea, water, milk, hot chocolate, and biscuits.

Everything was perfect. A very large house, kept perfectly clean. Upon entering, I was greeted by a very nice smell that lingered throughout my stay, which only made it even more pleasant. Great living room with dining room and a very well-equipped kitchen. You felt like you were in your own home. The parking lot was right behind the garden and there was no problem finding a free space. A great and professional host who cared about me and answered every question. I recommend it to everyone, because it's really worth it :)

The host was super prompt, friendly and helpful in replying to questions about the heating. The property was very clean (with small exception of crayons and clutter behind the drawer unit in kitchen area). Location was v near to stadium. Extension/kitchen area was lovely.

The property was spotlessly clean and well decorated and there’s been no expense spared for the fittings especially the bathrooms.
So lovely to sink into a comfy bed with fresh clean bedding and have a luxurious bath with huge, fresh soft towels.
Some very thoughtful homely touches which were much appreciated.
The property is spacious and has had some thought put into the design, which worked so well for our stay with the two separate double bedrooms and the two fabulous bathrooms upstairs, with an open space downstairs that allows for dining time and relaxation.
It was perfect for our stay.
Very peaceful and quiet, and a lovely host who had made sure that everything was perfect for our arrival.
Absolutely recommend for a comfortable and well maintained spacious property with excellent communication from the host.

the home was perfect. the kitchen was a perfect size the bedrooms was each a very good size the lay out of the home was beautiful. the home was very close to everything we needed and it was very quiet. i would absaloutly book again a home that big for a extremely good price. I also felt able to contact the property holder if a problem did occur but it didn't it was a great stay enjoyed by 6 of us.
