The property was perfect . The location is fantastic for access to the area as it’s central to Houghton-le-Spring. The property was so peaceful and relaxing and has everything you need for a comfortable stay . The property is tastefully decorated and furnished and had a lovely homely feel. The host was fantastic and did everything she could to help make my stay run smoothly. Great communication ! I will definitely be booking the property again on my next visit to see family . Apart from what I mentioned above, the rest of the accommodation was fine.

Ideal Location. Lovely village.Nice pubs with good food at reasonable prices, which is what you when working away . Appartment very clean an comfortable everything you need an nice an quite an only a 2 minute walk to VILLAGE.
Staff friendly and helpful. Room and bathroom very clean, actually the smell of bleach was a bit overpowering at first.. There was tea and coffee and a large TV so everything was as to be expected..
