The host and hostess were awesome and the facility was fantastic! It was warm, comfortable and a beautiful place to stay! I wish we could have spent the whole vacation there!

The property was very lovely and perfect for us, a couple traveling with their dog. The host, Debbie, was very friendly, communicative, and helpful. The grounds were beautiful and perfect for traveling with a dog! There were also amazing views of the Lincoln Cathedral!

Though old and in ne need of some refurb, it was extremely comfortable and very clean, the staff when we arrived were very accommodating and the fish and chips were amongst the best I'd ever had, the bed was fabulous.
