Ideal location your near the front so close to the shop and park. The van was lovely, nice and clean, the beds were comfy and the bedding was very clean. It has everything we needed. Definitely booking again

WOW, just WOW..... The property was immaculate! So clean and fresh. It's definitely a little gem with the river running alongside the back garden.The host absolutely smashed it. Highly recommended.

Excellent stay overall, property, hosts and location were great. Extras such as coffee, milk, shower gel, hand soaps , and dog treat box are nice touches. The grandchildren loved the upstairs den. All very clean. It is a quiet peaceful site. Definitely intend to return.
The van was very clean beds and settee very comfortable. It's quite old fashioned but we knew that from the pics, but cosy we enjoyed our stay. Both settees very comfortable. The site itself is very friendly from the reception to the bar area . A good dog walk. Dogs are very welcome. The van backs onto fields quite relaxing

Our plant based diet was well catered for, the bedroom/bathroom was lovely, very clean and comfortable.

Anne was a lovely and helpful host. The location of the holiday cottage is beautiful and very handy for Sutton on Sea. The cottage is very clean, comfy and with excellent facilities. Had a great time.
