The house was beautiful and the location was great. Very clean and lots of useful utilities provided. Very good value and the host was attentive and replied quickly. Beds were comfortable and we especially liked the extendable table in the living room for our boardgame nights!

The house is modern, very clean and has all the facilities you'd need for a family stay. Steve is great at replying immediately and always help and cheery. Our New Year stay was extra special as a lovely Christmas tree and decorations were still up which was great as we celebrated Christmas with the young grandchildren late as we live 200 miles away. It was much appreciated.

Good size house with 3 good size bedrooms, ideal for our group of 3 couples and would be ideal for large family, had everything we needed and was ideal location in Spenny more with bus stop 50 meters away to Durham and Bishop Auckland. Close to shops, pubs, takeaways and restaurants. Very clean through out and comfortable beds. Nice lounge with plenty of seats. Plenty of on road park available in front of the house.
