My wife and I along with our 3 year old daughter were attending a festival in Nottingham for the weekend, the lodge gave us a perfect base. Far better than staying in a hotel, we were able to relax more after each day, make some food and unwind in the hot tub. The village looks really nice, didn't make it to the pub but looked good. Had our privacy through the whole stay and everything was clean and tidy for our arrival.

Nice room, very clean, the windows blocked out most of the noise from the road which was a pleasant surprise. Bed was very comfortable and the kettle was really swish!
