The room was spacious, the bed comfortable. I really liked the cleanliness of the kitchen.
The bus stop to get to (from) the airport or Hatton Cross station is really close. And there is Sainsbury's there as well.
The checking-in with all the codes sent beforehand was impeccable.
Located in Ruislip and only 800 metres from South Ruislip, Annexe Studio own entrance and parking provides accommodation with garden views, free WiFi and free private parking.

When we arrived and self checked in by accessing a key box by the side of the next door house, as instructed, we found a large box in the hallway impeding access, the dirty bed

and he looked surprised and
made some excuse about
having work done and then
said to give him 15 minutes. I received a message from him sometime after apologising for the “misunderstanding” and saying the room was now ready - what misunderstanding? We arrived for check in 2 hours after the published time to a booking made some time ago anyway, We left and returned a couple of hours later and settled in. Then half an hour later the door to the annex rattled as (presumably) the owner tried the door to the unit (I had locked it and left the key in the lock). Very unsettling and the unit seemed small, cluttered and unclean. Not impressed

These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different to apartments.
Very nice en comfortable house. It was very clean. We had a very nice stay in this house. Hosts were very kind en they had quick reaction on questions. I am sure we will come back.
Security were prioritized. The room and bathroom is very clean. The kitchen was equally neat and a modern one. I will definitely choose this property anytime I am in Southall
