In an excellent location allowing us to visit some lovely Kent villages. There was a footpath from the property but it had its own lake and outdoor seating area.
The accomodation has one double bed and 2 singles. The owners are very understanding about dogs and provide some throws for the furniture.
The kitchen is very well equipped. The bathroom has a lovely deep bath and a shower in a wet area.

Beautiful place inside and out....the extra touches made by lorrain was so lovely, fresh bread and muffins on arrival also fresh milk and everything else you could possibly need for a break away.

Everything. Location was perfect, great dog walks. The views from the accommodation were stunning, Accommodation was set out really well with everything you could need and more. To top it off, you had the stunning Bodiam Castle at the end of the road with a lovely dog friendly pub. There were so many things to do and lovely towns and villages to visit within 12 miles of the pavilion. Battle, Wnchelsea village and beach and Rye.are a must. Although we didn’t see our hosts, communication from them was really good and instructions for access easy to follow. I would definitely stay at the Pavilion again.

Perfect quiet location - well equipped and well presented accommodation. Extremely comfortable snug and cosy even in the middle of Storm Darragh. Sky TV with cinema was a bonus and wifi, solid and fast.

Had to call for help because I couldnt see the door code in the dark, but the host very kindly helped me even though it was late.
Great for families or large parties, holiday homes are privately owned accommodation, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities for self-catering, although breakfast may be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different to apartments.
Quiet and very clean bedroom with chairs, a small table, shelves, fridge and microwave oven/cooker in pleasant rural surroundings close to Benenden Hospital.
Having recently used the accommodation for a visit to the area, we knew that the location suited our needs. The same high standard that we had previously experienced has been maintained. It is still very clean and comfortable, the breakfast and drinks which are provided are of a good quality. The hosts are friendly and helpful, and all these services are provided at a very reasonable cost. Will definitely use again, when visiting this area !! Thank you Melody !!
