I booked this property for my husband, son and brother in law as they had tickets to watch the golf at the Belfrey. From booking until the day of staying, it was very easy. Emails and a telephone conversation were answered quickly. We were also sent an email with info on the area with pubs etc. They were all very impressed with the facilities being modern and extremely clean. My husband says it's the comfiest bed and pillows he's ever slept on. St Blaise is a definite place to stay.

The house was warm and welcoming and our positive experience started in our pre-stay coms. Elaine was lovely!
The house is well laid out, has very comfy sofas… important if you’ve been on your feet all day at the NEC as we had been.
The shower was good, beds comfortable, kitchen had some supplies like tea, coffee, milk, and even some cereal. Towels and bedding all clean and good quality.
There was a little garden space out the back with garden furniture which we’d have enjoyed if the weather had been better!
Great for families or large parties, holiday homes are privately owned accommodation, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities for self-catering, although breakfast may be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different to apartments.
Parking was just next to the studio , very convinient and a shop just next to it where you could get all your supplies,literally you just have to get out from one door to another.apartment was very clean with kitchen facilities.p.s the bed was comfortable to sleep i dont know why some people are moaning about it here

The house is very clean and tidy it is situated in-an area that is special to us. Off street parking a bonus and easy to get to Birmingham city centre.
Very clean, nice bedding, good kitchen, TV, WiFi, warm. We had a few things missing on arrival but it was sorted within the hour and we received over and above what was essential, we were very happy.
The property was kept very clean and all amenities provided. Shazad kept in contact, provided all instructions in good timing and was prompt with replies which was very helpful. Overall a great stay and would book again!
