Location was exactly as expected and we had a great stay. Stayed with a big group (11 people) for a chill stag do. I would suggest this location for big groups of friends/big families looking for a location for an affordable day or two. There was plenty of space to play games, we had a good barbecue with the grills provided, bathrooms were clean and comfortable for both genders. The tents were cozy, clean and comfortable. As clearly stated both on their website and on booking, electricity and lighting is limited: a torch is definitely a must, particularly if you intend to have a night barbecue. Visitors should also be aware that it can be VERY cold at night (as stated by the hosts!), so dress accordingly. The tents had some hot water bags and extra bedding, which we appreciated.

Location great. I got a bus and then a tram from London and cheaper then any train. Short walk to house. Also had a great Indian meal within walking distance.

The location was perfect, very close to the town centre, restaurants, shops, and parks.
We didn’t use the facilities for cooking/eating as we’re out for sll meals, but had we wanted to the accommodation provided everything we’d have needed. The beds were comfy and the house was very clean.
We parked easily just a few minutes walk away and it was actually free as my mum has a disabled badge.
Great for families or large parties, holiday homes are privately owned accommodation, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities for self-catering, although breakfast may be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different to apartments.
Room very clean and excellent shower facilities. Television unusable due to extremely poor reception! Breakfast could have been better (cold mushrooms and tomatoes!)
All staff very pleasant and helpful. The stated offer of £5 for each room to spend on food and drink when I booked never happened! The staff told me the offer had finished - but my paperwork shows this not to be the case!! However, I let the matter rest there as I didn't want to spend my frist evening there argueing about the terms under which I booked the rooms.
Very clean ,rooms were lovely and spacious and plenty of tea coffee water and biscuits in room and good air con , bar food down stairs was lovely and staff were very polite, breakfast was also very nice.
