Great Host, Great Property.
Communication was 1st class, the property was home from home, just ideal.
Beds were comfortable the house was clean no issues.
Will definitely stay again when in area.
If staying check out the cottage pub/restaurant 100% recommend, food was beautiful

Location is great. 10 minutes walk from the venue we were visiting. House is just lovely. Appreciated milk and basics being left in the fridge. There is a small Tesco open till 11 just down the road about 5 mins walk. Gorgeous Christmas tree in the living room was very welcoming.
Beds were very comfy. Whole place spotlessly clean. Shower great. Once I'd figured out the heating control which I didn't recognise as such at first because its far more high tech than mine - was able to set the heating to 'cosy' levels.
Wifi works well.
The photos they have posted are accurate so not much point in posting mine.
We went for breakfast after checkout at Zaks Diner which we found randomly on route home but it isn't far by car from the house - recommend that as well!

Great for families or large parties, holiday homes are privately owned accommodation, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities for self-catering, although breakfast may be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different to apartments.
The host (Katie) could not have been more helpful and friendly. Hot tub was excellent! My husband and I sat there one evening looking up at the stars and it was perfect! Such a beautiful area and lots to do - even in Jan! The property is very clean and everything is finished to the highest of standards and well thought out. Deer grazing on nearby field every day! Stunning.
